Hey Martin (or anyone who knows), do you have a preferred contact method for support? I think USPS lost my Trooper keycap 
Call your local post office, who would be responsible for delivering it to your door. Tell them you believe it is lost, and give them the tracking number. Insist that they open a missing or lost mail investigation - they have a special office just for finding lost packages located in Georgia, I think.
A few weeks back, I bought a pair of HKP caps from another user here in the classifieds, and the package got lost on its way to me. I had to call my post office 3 business days in a row to check status, and they found my package less than 24 hours after the last call. They told me it was probably lost along one of their automated sorting machine lines, since it was a small package (bubble envelope, like HKP's shipping). Anyways, the package was damaged, but the caps were well wrapped in bubble wrap inside the package, so they were still pristine. USPS definitely has its faults sometimes, but it is almost always cheaper than the alternatives here in the states.
