[GB] [production] Midnight Set DCS / Cherry legends

A commitment system a la Massdrop would be really helpful to get this thing going. As long as people can exactly determine how much they pay in the end, they are more likely to make a decision.

I know.  I mentioned it in one of SP's threads and they said that it would be a major pain in the ass to add that MassDrop style commit option.

It would help them sell more sets if they would just add it.

I'm sorry it had to come to this BUT you're too good for these pack of liars and scumbags.  They talk big on supporting your Group Buys and then go all quiet trying to avoid their own humiliation.  When a person gives their word then they stick by it, that denotes honesty and integrity which more than half here lack completely (or do not know anything about those words).

Another great key-set designer has departed from this realm and you lot don't deserve anymore key-sets whatsoever  .

I don't blame Matt for leaving, after all why even bother to do anything here when it gets ignored even after everyone made the requests for him to do that design profile in the first place.

Regarding SA, Samwisekoi is also pushing his Nuclear SA GB, so I'll be postponing Midnight SA until nuclear ended.

Don't sell your keyboards fill them with your work buddy  .  If you run out of keyboards buy more and more till you have them coming out of everywhere in your home.

custom keyboards are so much better than the average keyboard you can buy. The only great commercial keyboard I keep using is a FC660C customized to 55g. Best sound/feel experience so far.

I have no clue why this GB is kinda struggling. The set has everything your other sets have - a beautiful color scheme and some novelty caps!

The only reason I can imagine is some kind of oversaturation of GBs.

I totally agree with you on this! Matt3o had designed a gorgeous set that has pretty much everything!
I hope the DCS can tip and then SA will start.

Maybe some vendors can help? I3oilermaker also helped the Galaxy Class Set - maybe he can get a couple of midnight sets as well

I keep trying to, but it keeps making my current signature unreadable the way I have everything spaced out.

guys if it doesn't tip, it doesn't tip. I don't need another keyset, I design these keycaps for the community. If the community doesn't like it, so be it. I won't lose my sleep for that. Simply, ICs are completely useless with this SP system and I won't base my future designs on them.

Sadly, interest doesn't mean the people have the money or commitment to buy. I'm really hoping this buy will go through with at least one complete set.

Yeah, interest checks are only useful if they run for max. 1 week to identify possible problems with the kits and the GB should start immediately afterwards.

Otherwise the interest isn't worth anything because people are impatient and will spend their money elsewhere if the GB is delayed too long...

Orange crush was really nice and I definitely wanted one, but admittedly it's not a set for everyone. Midnight is maybe more sober, but anyway, like I said, I won't lose my sleep if it doesn't work.

If I could sell half of my Round 5 stuff I would take one midnight. I have spent way too much in that GB, just buying and buying and after testing SA profile I don't even like it so much. I don't know what I was thinking of, I missed Granite due to this, and looking at my wallet I'll be missing also Midnight. And this a DCS I would love to have, maybe I will scrap the money to buy it

Meh the color scheme for orange crush combined with hitting pmk right on the heals of granite I'm not surprised it didn't tip. As for midnight I was really hoping for more of a navy coloring. I still might pick it up but I'll decide after a few days with my granite pbts
