Hi everyone,

We are AEs in Germany. We are pround to announce that our deskmats are now available, our design language is taken from the exquisite Japanese minimalist, modern from the cosmic theme, and finally the childish and innocent that inspired from biip's EPBT Coolkid keycap.

All of these mats are in stock and ready to be shipped. Since we are located in Germany, all EU order will be prepared and shipped in the next day. Other countries will have to expect a longer preparation time.

I love the third deskmat but the lines on the right are too close to the planets in some places.

Have a look at gmk sumi deskmats, no point for these to be the same

Have a look at gmk sumi deskmats, no point for these to be the same

I know but it never hurts to have more Janapese deskmats when considering all GMk sets now have hiragana subtexts for no purpose at all.

nice designs. but since most people have the keyboard to the left and the mouse to the right, the more prominent element should be on the right. For example, the deskmat with all the heavenly bodies might benefit if the planets and other stuff was reversed to the right hand side. that looks more visually interesting to me versus wavy dotted lines.

The first two* deskmats kind of reminded me of some of Porter Robinson's recent album art. Are they possibly inspired by them?

I like them but having used deskmats for many years, can I suggest that grey's and darker colours are better because light coloured deskmats will get dirty looking very quickly.

Do these in 24in x 48in. The sellers on Alibaba can do mats over 900x400, and the market's really missing a mat larger than the 900x400 that everyone's been running. Everyone just copied the first GB that was in 900x400.

These are piquing my interest! I'm especially a big fan of the very first two, with the squiggly pattern, the large strong filled out circle, and kana/kanji. I'm definitely interested in the very first navy/white iteration. It has a very nice balance of thickness/fill in terms of hierarchy, that I would strongly urge you to - I would however expect to see a heavier lineweight in the rightmost squiggly object.

I do feel like some of the remaining lack contrast in color - this might very well have been a conscious decision of course. As a follow-up to this point, I would definitely vote for the second version of the galaxy/contour-lines, as the added solid brighter color creates a stronger feel of contrast and object-presence - it feels less two dimensional and flat.

Also; The kids drawing one is cute, but I don't see it ending up on my desk.

26.05 UPDATE
Hey guys, so it has been a while since we last updated about the deskmat. We just want to let you guys know about the progress and also the changes that we have decided to go with.

*How to buy?
I will not open a GB for the deskmat (We want to save our first GB for our first keyboard) So it gonna be in stock limited quantity. If you guys are interested in our deskmats please fill the IC Form, so we can contact you when the product is available.

*(#1,#2 Design)
- Change the text to 「少ないことの喜び」,which is "The joy of less", since the core design of #1 and #2 is inspired by the Japanese minimalist life style.
- Change the color of the #1 from navy/purple-ish to more subtle royal blue (still to be decided)

- Adjust the font of the text (For some reason the text from render pic is still pretty thin, I have no idea why..but keep in mind the text on real product will be slightly thicker)
