GeekHack pack,
« on: Wed, 14 November 2012, 15:02:08 »
ATTENTION GEEKHACKIZENS
The special limited edition GEEKHACK PACK is REALLY...  LIVE.

TechKeys.us is the place to be... (more to come as I make it up, figured you'd want to know soonest.)

For the moment this is the base pack, as described on the page, more to come when it .... comes.

The Premium Pack is not ready yet, go outside and yell at your local postman, it'll make you feel better.

Time to re-iterate here that this is a fund raising effort in order to provide better hardware to run this lovely forum on.  i3oilermaker is being kind enough to DONATE his fulfillment services, so be sure and kick in for a few cool caps from him as well to show your appreciation.

If you want to donate to GH directly then just do that... otherwise I'm sure if you order 200 Premium GH packs that the money will just get forwarded to us and you will get a receipt (and nothing else).

Hmm, maybe I'm just getting stingy now my student loan is running low but £19.20 GBP (inc shipping) for 4 key caps + stickers seems a bit dear to me. I'll wait and see what the "premium" pack includes.

I saw the 1-9 billiards went out a while back. Were you planning on restocking either?

I was thinking of getting one of each heart and doing print screen, scroll lock, and pause/break in full/half/empty

I know there were a few people with unused billiards full sets when I did an ISO the other week.

EDIT: If I knew this would be so hot on the heels of the Hazards, I just would have had it all shipped together. C'est la vie.

I am planning on rebooting billiards, but depending on sales, there may be some time when it is out of stock.

Allow them to be back-ordered, and if they won't be produced again, remove them?

The problem with that is people expect to get their products in a reasonable amount of time, but backordered products can take weeks or longer.

I try to remove products that are not being restocked in the near future, but I don't like selling products I do not have.

Is it possible to order a pack now, then order a premium pack when they are out as well? Or only one per person. I don't mind waiting to donate more for premium, but wouldn't want to miss completely by waiting.
