G302 is mercury sensor..  That's more than enough for anything 2560x1600 and under..

For 4k, is where one could actually make a case for Pixart and Hero sensor

Sensei 300 and regretting it. The sensor isn't bad, but the shape is meh, and the build quality feels way inferior to most gaming mice from inferior companies, price at 10–20% of its price. And it already has occasional hiccups from time to time, forcing me to reconnect it from time to time. It'll take a while before I find one that's truly mine. And when I do, it may well end up being a lower model or an inferior brand compared to the great names of the gaming industry.

I'm currently using a Logitech G502! It's not bad, and Amazon accidentally sent me two of them so that was nice  :D

Been using a Razer Naga since the first one came out and a Razer Deathadder.  Hate the software but love the shape.

Logitech G900

The G900 has changed my view on wireless mice. I came from a deathadder and was worried about going wireless for gaming. I got the G900 on crazy sale and it's been nothing short of perfect. It holds a charge for like 5 days of heavy use. Love it.

I use a Logitech G900 and I absolutely love it. I was a little worried about going wireless but I've never had an issue before.

Loved mine, but be careful with pressing too hard to click. Use a light finger. That mouse has a hinged left and right click, which is great since there is no plastic fatigue, but it is bad because you can more easily exceed the specifications of the switch(in spite of them using the best microswitches). The switches are easy to replace though, as they have their own daughter boards, but opening the mouse is a royal pain.

Hmm that’s good to know! Thanks for the info. I don’t think I have a particular heavy click but things get a little aggro while gaming. And raging. Haha

Logitech mice have an H-Bar stem which prevents overtravel on the switches.

The new ones have stem contact surfaces which are slightly tilted, and similarly prevents overtravel.

You can press as hard as you like, it will not cause overtravel.

That doesn't mean you can't hurt it if you tried to,  but no NORMAL HARD clicking will damage the switch in any greater capacity than light ones.
