Did I do something wrong if it says the status of my order is:

"Not recognized, no payment, no shipment"

It may just be a translation issue, but I'm a little concerned at "no payment". It shows my payment in my PayPal transaction history.

(again, sorry if this is a stupid question)

Did the same for me too. Takes them a day or two to update it.

Apparently ArmyGroup local store is having a Christmas/New Year sale, so the price are dropped even further. (~3100 TWD for Filco Tenkeyless). Find your Taiwanese friend if you have any...

Use google translate.

"Tea axis" is brown.
"black axis" is black.

That's amazing!

I'v been trying to jump on the Filco Tenkeyless brown bandwagon but my package has been in New York customs since Xmass.  I'd complain but federal employees scare me.

Steelseries 6gv2 has the first two of those.

Also thanks for the guide, fssbzz. Couldn't have got mine without it :)

Funny thing is, this keyboard came in before all my computer parts, so the PC I'm using it on can't even keep up with it. It's soo fast.

Yep, can't wait for him to get back. He's really excited about how solid the KB feels, so I guess going to the physical store and touching it was enough to convert him.

Oregon. It went from Taiwan to Customs at SFO, so I'd guess 3-4 days for you.

I got an e-mail for mine, said something to the effect of: we shipped it, when you get it, please click on this link and confirm that you've received it.

You can then go to your little user panel area and they should have an EMS tracking number there for you, although when I tried it in the EMS system it was being funky and didn't work for a day or so.  But the keyboard arrived in about a week. I had placed my order late on a Friday night, and got it by Friday of the next week.

Yup, you get a tracking number and a link to the IPOST site. Two days to get to SFO, one day held at customs, and one day to Oregon.

and i noticed something funny

They give pretty much everything 5/5 stars.  Easily impressed i guess.

Did anyone else have their order hang up in the "Stocking in the" phase for a while?  Mine has been there for about a week, which breaks my heart as most people said they actually had their keyboard delivered to them in about a week.

First post here as well.  I followed the guide and picked up the Filco tenkeyless brown switch board last Tuesday night.  Just a heads up the next  morning (around 4 am I forgot to turn my sound off on my phone its why I know haha) I received an email saying it shipped.  My tracking number never updated (and still hasn't) and it says Data entry error when I click it. It arrived here in Kansas today through all the nasty weather.

Hope this helps. Thanks for the awesome write up on how to order. I actually found it enjoyable ordering for some reason.

Packaging was amazing.

I am so absolutely extremely jealous.  I ordered Tuesday morning and it still doesn't list on the website as having shipped.

I'd absolutely love some loud clicks right now.  Maybe I should contact them and ask about my order status.  Does anyone know if I sent a message to their custom service in English if there would be any way I could get a response?

Welcome to GH! No, I saw that at first as well, but you push the key cap down further, it should level with all the other keys. Just need more power, rawr!

The yellow WASD keys are suppose to be of the same height as the rest.
