MD support on vacation this week?


Rant (obviously), but I've sent in 4 support tickets this week: two on Monday, one Wednesday, and one on Thursday. None have been replied to except with the "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line" token email saying they are busy.

The two on Monday were to update my shipping address for GMK Laser because I got the email that said they would ship out this week (Surprise! We hope you aren't moving across the country because you can't manually change your shipping address for no reason, and our support staff are busy with Jen in HR's weeklong birthday bash!), so it's great to see that money I spent on the drop didn't go into hiring enough staff to handle MD's ridiculous support system.

Anyways, just wondering if anyone else has tried to contact support this week and gotten the cold shoulder as well.
