I've built a couple of DZ60s. One of them did have a couple of minor defects, so you'll want to check it carefully.
I also have a couple of Banana Split 60 kits pre-ordered, which should be shipping pretty soon—and there will be extras for sale at thevankeyboards.com. It's more expensive than the DZ60 but should be higher quality.
Incidentally, both of these boards also support split spacebars, which I am a fan of. I don't even have arrow keys on mine, but I did this instead, and I like it pretty well…

That is a pretty nice setup! although I'd probably have a hard time getting used to ESDF as my arrow cluster on a Fn layer. I mostly prefer 65% boards for the arrow cluster & a Delete key on the top layer (delete is the key I need to get into my mobo's BIOS). Then have gotten used either WASD or IJKL as my arrow cluster on the Fn layer with the couple 60% boards I got.
On topic I used a GazzeW66 PCB to achieve this layout in a 60% FF,
The only goofy thing about this layout is that I mapped the ? key to R Alt so I could have 1.75u R Shift instead of a 1u one. I find it it to actually be a more convenient & ergonomic position for the ? key since I very rarely use my R Alt but I don't know how well it would suit or feel to others. I believe I heard they are looking to do another run of these PCBs soon, although they are not as flashy as the DZ60 or Banana Split 60 PCBs. Mine just has white SMD LEDs for underglow & you can add per key LEDs if you wanted. All in all though I'm very happy with that build & it has stayed in my rotation since I built it, so I'd recommend the GazzeW66 PCB if they run again or you find one 2nd hand.
