Union Jack keys
« on: Mon, 07 March 2011, 17:38:40 »
In order to help 7bit with his massive order, I'm asking the people that would be interested in the Union Jack (initially for ctrl/win/alt keys, 1.25x in size)... framed or unframed ?

Unframed:

Framed:

My preference goes to unframed... with the frame, it's too much stuff on the drawing.

(I would have created a poll, but I can't seem to be able to do that)

Sorry, I have forgotten to tell  you:

It had been already decided that it will be the version without a frame.

But someone had to set up this thread anyway!

Thanks!

Unframed version reminds me of the Luftwaffe Iron Cross.

Is there time to get a Swastika into Group Buy 3?

Maybe we sholud not make it on a black back ground ...

What about blue? Or just no Union Jack.

Scottish flag would work. English flag, too. Cross of Saint Patrick....

Well, you can't always please everyone ...

I'm in for one Union jack key.
I prefer the unframe version but framed version will be fine.

I wonder if SP could do multi-colored lasered keys of pretty much any flag we want?

Plain monochrome unframed Union Jack is fine.

LOL.

They never get our flag the right way round. This is why many nations chose a y-axis-symmetric design....

Also it is gold at the bottom, which is not in stock @ SP.

I'm off for holly days until Sunday 20th March 2011!

The vote-system will work without me. Just send your order lists to me, 7bit_vote.

You will get some statistics from time to time.

Don't ask 7bit or me any questions during that time. We will not answer!

There will be no update of payment status. Anybody should keep track of that themselves! It is sufficient to pay when I'm back again.

For questions, please read the first post in the main thread.

Have a lot of fun ...

SVG needed!!!!!!!!!! U R G E N T ! ! ! !
« Reply #15 on: Thu, 24 March 2011, 16:17:10 »
We need a proper SVG file for the Union Jack.

Only the black stuff, the one I've got does not work!

We need the black part. The white part must be transparent!

Thanks!

What's the usable space for the 1.25 size key?  11.74mm x 10.84mm? (W x H)

Want to make sure the graphic sizes qualify for minimum thickness.
