friend messed up our filco ninja order.

ordered us both filco ninja browns + wristrests from keyboard but he did "inc. VAT" but we are in US and to my knowledge thats UK only. so he overpaid, will they refund him the difference?

If you mean the "inc. VAT" button on the products page before you actually clicked the "buy" button, then I think it's only for showing how much it is if you were to pay the VAT. The VAT gets calculated anyways weather you click it or not (for Europe at least). The moment you put the United States as the destination the VAT gets set to 0% automatically.

So you didn't overpay, though that's only if you actually mean KeyboardCo and if I didn't totally misunderstand what you mean.

If you are in the us, why didn't you just get it from Amazon? It would've been a hair cheaper and it would've shipped faster.

wristrest + filco from keyboardco was $214, if he had purchased the filco from amazon and wristrest from keyboardco it would have been $227.

well, he purchased his order the other day. just did mine yesterday, for the ninja + wristrest shipped is Total: £145.99.
i converted it via http://www.xe.com/ucc/ which says $213. however he was charged $240 for my order so i just assumed he had included VAT. i asked him and he said he might of.

US$12 Filco or Steelseries wrist rest on taobao + commission fees: http://www.taobaobee.com/recommend.php?action=view&gid=1500  The taoboa seller says the quality is very close to Filco's.  So these are fakes.

My guess is you have confused € (EUR) and £ (GBP).
