Your reputation was hurt by that awful packaging job of the Kishsavers. I do thank you for your efforts to acquire those Kishsavers, BUT the poor packaging and shipping caused some damage to the boards.
How much damage was there, really?
Broken connectors: who is going to use those connectors? And if someone is, they can source one from someone with an intact connector.
Missing keycaps: while it would have been nice to have original caps, they can be replaced by Unicomp or another Model F keyboard. This one probably wasn't Tinlong's fault, either.
Dented cases: as far as I'm aware, mine is the only one with a dent in it, and it's absolutely tiny and on the bottom case so no one will ever see it but me. I am far from disappointed. I love the thing to death.
Paint chips: the only thing I consider a serious problem because it can't be ignored or easily repaired. They
can be repainted, but it's not quite the same.
And sure some people would have preferred pristine everything, but they are buying incredibly rare items that will probably never surface again to this degree.
And Tinlong has learned to pack things better through his mistakes. The packaging problem should not be included in future discussions if he really has learned from his mistake (which I'm certain he has).
And I'm not sure how many times I said it already, but: Thank You, Tinlong and CPTBadAss! I'm very happy with what you guys have done for the community.
