I don't think so. I like TKL boards with the numpad on the left. You get the better ergonomics of a TKL and the convenience of a numpad when you need it. How come more people don't make designs like this?

Almost had me scrambling to sell even more stuff for the LZ MX FE until I saw 2.75x right shift instead of 1.75x. If the PCB and plate support resoldering the key I'll reconsider.

I almost PM'ed him but I hesitated for the same reason. I'm not sure what the board and plate will support.

Look at the next photo with the keycaps off. Sure looks like it supports a 1.75 + 1 there to me. :)

LZ MX FE is the one I want.

Unfortunately I'm sunk in deep with the Honeywell GB.  Although after January 2014, I will be cleared for spending.......

Anyway good luck with your sale buddy - some nice keyboards there for sale  :thumb: .

But you don't have to desolder the whole board to pop out one switch and solder it in a different location, while adding the switch next to it.

I should clarify. I take TKL boards and put a number pad on the left side. This is that, but nicer.

Some nice keyboards here, GLWS.  Love the left hand numberpad design, IMO, that's the right place for it.

But really, why aren't more people making boards like this. I'm sure it's worth $800 to someone but I would love to see cheaper boards with similar functionality. And it sounds like a lot of others would too.

How much are those Trik X_T boards new? Is that $740 a mark up or down?

I've been thinking about this thread since it posted last night, I really really want that board, but I cant pull the trigger at $740. Thats the highest price board I've seen since I've joined.

BASE KIT : HOUSING(Aluminum) 1EA + TRiK V2.1 PCB 1EA + PLATE(Aluminum, WK/WKLESS COMBO) 1EA + BOLT (2KIND OF BOLT) + Silicone cushion pad
$445 Paypal fee included (Excluding shipping price)
(shipping fee EMS(5kg) : $75)

$520

Estimate for building a different board from another well known Korean designer

Cherry MX switches(Brown(Vintage)/Blue(New)/Black(New)) - $40
(Clear(New) Stem Switches +$10)
Stabilzers - $8

Switch Lubrication - $30
Optional Switch Springs(for ergo switches)(50g/55g/62g/67g) - $5
Applying Switch Stickers - $12
(Optional Springs or Stickers must be applied with Switch Lubrication.)

Assembly with  Stabilizers and Tuning - $55

LEDs with install- $45   the LED's were mounted under the PCB to make the case "glow" so I'm unsure about normal cost

Total $205

total shipped estimate $520 + $205 = $725

Shipping from Korea increased I believe in August. The case is a one off which would be more and the PCB was modified. Not really out of line of what others would charge when you add it up but it does give you "sticker shock" when you first see it.

I don't care if everyone has a certain keyboard and even if everyone has what I have, that does not lower the joy I get out of my keyboard. But anyway, this discussion is off topic and I'm just suggesting GB for a great keyboard on GH so at least I have a way of getting it.

So fake clacks come from red line

think of it as a perk of dropping so much on aluminum keyberds.

also I'm sure they had no idea they are fake since DrugER quit the group he probably didn't think to tell the rest of them we are onto the fake clacks.

Just for my curiosity, would you mind posting the other board? Is it in the same color?

fe都没做完还要开新团,你想他挖多大的坑
otd的键盘为什么贵,很大部分原因就是量少

你这什么翻译?我说的是,不断开团,谁都能买还有什么意思,直接误解到这样我真觉得无语

I think you guys should post in English.  Not everyone can read Chinese
