Don't forget that with a new one, you're going to have to factor in shipping to the cost as well. Plus, EK only has the blank model stocked currently.

If you don't mind me asking (and i can edit this out if you like), why is the set $160 shipped? I took a look and originative seems to be selling their identical set for $130 (excluding shipping). Is your set just the originative set, with a PBT space bar (and the PBT space bar is worth a lot of money)?

yes, it is the Originative set + the PBT spacebar. It will cost you anywhere from $30-60 + to get a MX11800 to pull the spacebar from. yes, you can recover some of that by desoldering the switches and selling them, but it's hours of work. Much easier to buy this. The condition of the set is indistinguishable from new; also, there's no uncertainty as w/ Originative. I think it's a fair price.

edit: also, the originative set doesn't come with a space bar AT ALL (not even ABS), so keep that in mind as well.

Sounds fair. Thanks for your explanation! I would buy this if I didn't buy Imsto's BSP Desko set. Am I right in assuming that his set is the same as yours, minus the space bar?

It's pretty similar, but it has regular Cherry legends without all the extra Desko stuff.
