Selling a Surface Book? Already? Didn't like it?

I do like it, it is an excellent machine. However, I have decided to go with a new Thinkpad Yoga 460 instead, for the trackpoint and better bang-for-buck. This unit will make someone very happy, though.

Funny that I was just talking about these this morning at work. We making bets on when our execs would start showing up with these to meetings.

Side note, I sent you a PM with my paypal for invoicing for an HHKB digi print sleeve. Let me know if you got it.

Thanks and GLWS!

Do you have a diagram of the actual switch construction?  I am interested in how this works.

I don't, this is the closest image I could find: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=73509.0

It seems similar to Topre, but with a single sheet of domes and no spring involved.

Cool, thanks.  Looks like a pretty interesting board, with a great layout.  I would love to try it, but I have to keep my spending in check at the moment.   Wallet has not yet recovered from my last keyboard purchase.  30g uniform topre.  :P

I'd be surprised if you manage to get the TA sold for more than 1.5k. I would have valued it around half the price you advertised.

Still... Good luck with the sale of this beautiful piece of keyboard history!  :thumb:

Strongly recommend jumping on these BTC boards, they are really nice and hard to find. I don't think I'll find any more after these.
