CSTM80 switch quality?
« on: Fri, 16 August 2024, 11:42:27 »
I really, really want to like my CSTM80 but every month it seems another key starts keybouncing or not registering as I type.  This is my first hot-swap keyboard and I've tried moving keyswitches around to see if it's the switch or the board but it appears to be the board, so far.

Anyone else have this kind of trouble with the CSTM80?

Hey! Sorry to hear about this issue with the board. What you're describing sounds like a faulty board or component(s). Could you submit a CS ticket describing what is happening? The support team will be able to assist. :thumb:
