this is a small keyboard we like to refer to as mini980.

First of all, this is a 74 keys keyboard, based on layout 980 but some different, such as the key; and ‘’ next to L,changed to the Shift + K and Shift+L, and the [] key next to P has been reduced to Shift +\(the key below BS).then 6.25 spacebar spit to 2.75 U+2.25 U，the purpose of the spacebar modification is not to need to buy a big set of keycaps, the second is to be able to add a custom key for this keyboard

Gasket mount, it involves a 1.5mm thick PC plate with a rubber o-ring between the plate and PCB, we add a o-ring gasket as above pic. It will also use 2.5mm poron tabs for the plate. This should help with achieving a softer typing feeling. The pcbs are hotswap，We plan to make both Bluetooth and wired versions of the pcb.

GB style: first 200 orders will be instock colors shipping 2 weeks after GB, then everything past 200 will be GB

Changes:
Extreme75% first prototype typing experience was not good, because we designed is 4.75 mm PC plate, the advantages of the plate is a good support, the keyboard will feel very full, but there is no soft in gasket feel.
So after a second of entanglement, we decided to revise the drawing to make a new prototype, We kept making prototypes until we were satisfied.
1. The plate thickness was 4.75mm in the first version which was too thick, because the hard type feeling, we changed the plate thickness 1.5mm in the new version. The benefits of doing this are known to increase flexibility and soft typing.
2. Added Bluetooth
3. We changed the weight design to be more thematic
4. Added Flex cuts to the pcb to help with the typing experience

This will please the minimalists who still need a number pad.
agreed I'm looking for small board and don't really want to bother with a macropad atm so this layout look like the perfect compromise

I'd almost like to see the backslash and backspace keys switched though. I know it's unorthodox, but in a compact keyboard I think I prefer the backspace to be with the alpha keys. The 2U key in the number row could be changed to 2 x 1U keys to have the backslash and hyphen keys with the number row. In saying that, I don't often use backslash so I don't know how inconvenient it would be if it were in the number row.
Love the idea of Bluetooth too eventually. I hope this goes well, definitely interested in seeing the prototype.
