Took it apart, modelled the hand piece and base, 3d printed everything and soldered the board to diff type switches.
DPI switcher, navigation and "snipe" buttons are all on one 5 way switch.
Custom "rotary encoder" - Is just a round magned and 2 reed switches
Metal bearing ball for the thumb scroll
I can upload the models if I see any interest, although if your hand size is different from mine, there is no point of 3d printing one unless you want to keep it as a semi-functional/dust collecting piece of plastic.

Awesome job. I think this is very cool. I womder what the process was like designing so many special parts for this.

There is one other post where I documented the progress and a log on how the whole thing came to exist, what you looking at is a derivation that I put together so its easy for others to make one without much soldering, firmware flashing and the extra cost.

Lots of modelling (hunderd of hours) printing, trying, re-doing bits until everthing was as I wanted.

wow super cool! kind of hard to visualize how a hand fits over that though lol
