Omg I just joined GMK Pâtisserie GB and I usually like pink or pastel-y colors but this set is a must buy for me. Loving that cat deskmat. Looking forward to the GB!

Can you consider putting the accent space into the base kit like GMK Noel or Yuru? Maybe put the extra B to the space kit because most people that use Alice will buy the space kit anyway imo

This is what I initially went with. However, after considering some cost saving measure, I have decided to move it to a separate spacebar kit. The accent spacebar is a nice to have rather than a necessity for base kit buyers.

I think you are right about moving the extra B to spacebar kit. I will look into this!

Thanks for the reply, imo putting the accent spacebar into the base kit is still the better move in that way you can leave the room for the accent space in the space kit for other layout. Even if I just speak for myself as a person who doesn't use layout like Alice, I don't really want to buy a 30$ kit just for two accent spacebar.

Again, this is purely a cost saving move. People who doesn't want accent space bar would hate me to put it in the base kit. Thank you for the understand though!

I have been preparing my novelties to send a quote to GMK for pricing. Once that is ready, I will update novelties kitting but expect minor changes such as line sizing etc.

...Until I saw there is no international support. Not even the like 3 extra keys for UK ISO. Please, please... can you add a UK ISO adon kit, and/or an international kit, so that myself and those in the homeland of beloved tiramisu can actually use this beautiful keyset?

Hi everyone! It has been a while since I updated this project. I have been working quietly to fix kitting/novelties so I can send a quote to GMK. It was sent to GMK last week now we wait patiently for the quote!

One important change I want to announce is that I made very minor changes to the color code to better match my renders. This was cross checked with many designers so I think we are good on color matching. The only change I will share is that I have chosen GMK WS4 for the alphas instead of the custom RAL color. I got a WS4 sample and it was incredibly close to the RAL color I picked, so I have decided to use that instead. I will remove the color code info from this IC to avoid clones.

I also want to give a little tease that I am very close to getting a board collab for Tiramisu. I assure you that it will be a very popular board. I will share more details or post a separate IC for this when I got all the details/renders.

Meanwhile, there are still a few things that I will be working on:
1. Improve renders for GB
2. Work on my artisan collabs
3. Finalize pricing after I get quotes back from GMK

Today I took time to calibrate my screen and color-matched the kitting renders to make minor adjustments. I also added GMK style textures to the caps so they would be a better representation of the real GMK keycaps.

I mean you clearly put in a lot of effort. For example the macropad render on a plate with eating utensil and other small details really made the renders look so more natural your IC is definetly well made and deserves the support from the community. The colours are jsut well chosen and the novelties are just cute. You'll easily reach MOQs on all sets at least I believe it.

Hey Konstantin!

These two keys were removes from the base kit earlier due to cost saving reasons. Since I got quotes back from GMK already, I would not want to risk for delaying GB to add those two keys.

Anyway, cost saving worked and the pricing is looking pretty good on the base kit.

That's a shame. I wish designers would stop doing that, because recent analyses of keymap data in QMK show that R3 PgUp, R4 PgDn are overall more popular choices on 65% boards than R2 PgUp, R3 PgDn (with the latter being more popular on 75%).

Anyway, your set still has a novelties kit with a 1u column, so people who need those keys still technically have an option, even if it requires paying extra.
