Just to be clear: Noire is ace, will be getting two. Just can’t help thinking that “Erion” would also be an insta-buy. This set nails it. Among the best novelties I’ve seen, would take them in a wide swatch of Eames colors.

Oh, this is neat! Reminds me a lot of the French and German art and design of the 20s and 30s more than mid-century. Novelties would be right at home in the Centre Pompidou or Neue Galerie.

Good catch! It will be caps for stepped only, caps lock for non-stepped. I'll get those renders fixed!

Nines is n9 (grey) and u9 (greige). This is a black base (cr) with a creamy beige (ral 1013). In terms of minimal sets, they couldn't be much more different. There will be no grey in this whatsoever, and the tone of the accents will be entirely different, with this being much more cream.
