Getting ready to start my first build
« on: Sat, 19 January 2019, 18:24:39 »
Hello GH fellows. In the past, I've used mechanical keyboards such as Corsair K68 Rapidfire, Corsair K65 Wireless, Fnatic Mini Streak, and Ducky One 2 Mini.

My current board is a Pok3r LE with Cherry MX Nature White switches. This community has been great helping me get into the modding scene. I lubed the rattling stabilizers, scratchy switches, and added a layer or Sorbothane to make the Pok3r more to my liking. I've posted a video the typing sound on YouTube if you're interested
The video was taken on my iPhone so the audio isn't the greatest.

I've already started purchasing parts for my first build and will try to document my progress. I'm still trying to decide whether or not I want to add in-swtich LEDs.

Parts list (so far):
Gon Nerd60 PCB
Carbon fiber plate
Zealios V2 67g
GMK screw-in stabs
EnjoyPBT Black on Grey keycaps
