I passed an order 10 days ago at Army group, and didn't hear anything from them since then.

I followed the instructions in here exactly. Paypal payment done and already accepted 10 days ago, everything is ok. Nicole doesn't answer my e-mails at all, I don't receive any status update, shipping. Nothing. :(

What am I suppose to do to know the status of my order, or to just get an answer form them? I used Nicole e-mail, but never recieve any answers. :(

Thank you.

Did you sign into the site and try to check your order status?  I can't remember whether it was PCHome or AG or both, but they don't email you status updates - you need to go look for them.

Ok now! Nicole just answered my e-mail yesterday, and I should receive my order today or early next week.

She wrote me a nice e-mail with tracking numbers and every links I need to follow my order. I'm impressed.

Thumbs-up to ArmyGroup. :)

I received my order today, about 7 business days after I ordered which is amazing considering I live in canada.
I ordered a filco tenkeyless with blue switches and 2 yellow WASD sets.
The order also came with an additional WASD set and a nice retractable brush which was a nice surprise.
Unfortunately, 2 of the WASD sets had defaults. One had a key almost split in half and the other had a big chip on a visible part of the key.
I also found that the WASD set had an uncomfortable feel on the upstroke
I decided to not use these keys at all for now...

I also wanna order from armygroup from Canada, is there any problem with customs? What do they ship with?\\

Also, I kinda hate them for imposing fees for using CC and don't want to do business with them.

I'm sorta glad that they are able to do that - usually it's hard for us outsiders to purchase anything from US/Canada.
Logically speaking, I believe that armygroup has to pay a service fee in order to accept your international CC or anything.

So I guess it's still alright from here - just buy and if the final price is still cheaper than what you can get from nearer sources, count your blessings!

I did not pay any customs fees and the package was delivered to me by canada post. I did not receive any shipping info, only the confirmation that it was shipped. 1 week later, I'm typing on bluesss :)))

Merchants are not supposed to charge the customer service fees for paying with CC, it's against most CC company rules.. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Can_merchants_charge_a_fee_for_using_a_credit_card (Maybe different rules in asia?)

It's the cost of doing business.. being asian myself though, I know lots of asian people give discount for cash and impose fees for CC IRL, but I've never seen that online before.

Any idea why their checkout system wants to charge me $370 for shipping to the US?  I've got $60 worth Cherry MX switches.  That's less than 1lb of stuff and it's no more bulky than a KB in a box... what am I missing?

Hi everyone, first post here!

I followed the guide in this thread and purchased a 104-key Filco Majestouch brown switch keyboard, and I love it
...EXCEPT that it doesn't want to work =[
It worked fine for the first two days, but then it stopped responding. Using both USB and the included PS/2 adapter, I can't get any response from my computer. PS/2 is not detected at all (from a cold boot of course, I'm not hot swapping), and USB will either light up all three LEDs, just the Caps Lock LED, or none at all, before the computer returns "USB Device Not Recognized". Has anyone here experienced this with their purchase? I've tried searching for similar situations, and I can't find any situations like this.
I noticed some people in this thread saying that they could contact ArmyGroup and they respond in English, how do I do this?

Thanks

They take a while to get the paypal confirmation. And a few days to get the stock ready to be shipped.

When I click on the filco brown TKL link from post #4 and then translate in google chrome, I notice that the title of the web page starts with "(Discontinued) FILCO..."

Does anybody know if this means you can no longer buy this particular model, or if it just means this is the older MJ1 revision and although it's discontinued, you can still buy it?

Also there's an internet price and a card price... anybody know the difference? Which price is the one if you go through paypal?

Try emailing nicole with your order number after you placed it but before you pay with paypal, and ask them to adjust the shipping cost.  It would still be around $50US shipping.  I did that once.  But I was only buying 10 switches and I decided it wasn't worth the $50 shipping cost.

A little bump... does anyone understand, what 已停產 means?
Google translates it as "discontinued", and i'm not sure how to understand this word. That it is no longer available, or that it has lowered price?
HERE's a link for example, where there is a majestouch brown for 99$ :high5:
Also.. still can't decide whether to take blank, ninja or printed filco :tsk:

It means discontinued.  This is the Majestouch 1... the Majestouch 2 is the current model and looks no different on the outside.  It has 2layer (instead of 1) PCB and some other minor differences.
