Good morning,

I don't exactly know if I'm correct here but oh well. So I was going to buy a custom keyboard from Varmilo but I had several questions to the support before ordering. I wrote to the Mail's given on the website but did not get a respond for almost a month. Is it normal that it takes so long? Thanks for the help!
