So, yeah... big ESD on my poor RS2+ verB. Now it only partically works and spits out random characters. I am pretty sure the controller is dead, and I am planning to re-solder a new one. However, I have trouble reading out the label on the chip. I am pretty sure it is a common ATmega8U2, but I would like to see some comfirm here...
