No we do not have to wait until the TaiHao GB ships, but I have only just received the sample from the supplier. Will upload a few photos as soon as I've got my camera back - stay tuned!  :D

Sounds great!

Thanks for the update Harry  :thumb:

Hope the custom wrist rests will still happen!

I'm interested in this as well, but not with the 100 MX blacks. Would that change the price at all? Sorry if this has already been answered. I didn't read every single post. As an aside - I would really like to try one of those Noppoo 108-EC pro boards!

No, at least not for me.

With Cherry MX I know what I get - I don't like to gamble on the quality of a switch ;)

Not interested in those or MX blacks. I rather harvest cheap used MX blues from classifieds.

I would not be interested in any clone switch until it has been properly examined, tested, evaluated and judged to be of as high quality as Cherry MX, by people on Geekhack.

Right now, for me, vintage Cherry MX switches from old keyboards are superior to everything else, and I've got enough of them for a while.  I would only be interested in samples of clone switches for testing.

That depends on the price and recommendations. If they are as good as advertised and much cheaper than Cherry I would like to test them.

Was just browsing TaoBao and saw this then came straight to GeekHack and saw this thread.

In for just the keyboard, no switches, no wrist rest!

Oh I hope this is still going on. If so I am interested in just the keyboard case and pcb. Got myself plenty of the other stuff.

Holy crap would I probably be in on this.

No switches - looking for MX Clears on this board.

Other than that, it's perfect for me. In my budget too...kind of.....man I hate how expensive college is...

Haha :)

I hope I don't ruffle any feathers by digging up this thread from the grave, because even though it's been a year since GhostofHarry chimed in on this thread, I hope he knows just that there are those still watching and hoping for a GB for this board!  :thumb:

Considering how his other group buy went I don't think people will be wanting to throw money at anything he sponsors.

Oop. I didn't dig around enough to notice controversy over his GB, I got the impression that the keyset may have taken a while to complete but that's about it...
