help to identify cherry board
« on: Fri, 24 March 2017, 04:37:00 »
hello everyone

I'm having trouble trying to identify wich model is this exactly, all i know is that it's PS2 connector and it uses MX clears.

Maybe some info on it - how about NKRO or at least 6NKRO ?

Never used clears (only new red's), I've ordered this keyboard today and looking forward to recieve it

:)

The filename says it's G81-3000 indeed, which implies Cherry MY switches. The case and extra keys between Ctrl and Alt are interesting though.

yeah, but those dont look like MY switches do they ? Asked seller about picture name and he said he wasn't sure about model because it's not written anywhere on keyboard so it's only his guess.

Indeed case looks like extremely similar to Monterey, although not sure about switches are they genuie MX or some knockoffs

There is nothing Cherry about that keyboard. I think the previous owner just put it in a Cherry box.

nice to know little bit about history .. but not a word about actual switches there. I guess we will just  have to find out how good clones are they

Are there any more pictures of your keyboard anywhere?
