I wholeheartedly agree with this. I've spent TONS on random switch and spring combinations, and settled on my MX switch of choice as Vintage Black (so, so smooth) and my Gateron switch of choice as Clears (well any of their linear switches, however the clear ones look the best to me). Topre at work and Topre when I want some Tactile action (and if I'm on Skype, lol)

I was going to say something like this. ^^

Topre switches, and especially the HHKB, are the most satisfying tactile experience in mass production today. Browns, clears, and their variants just feel wobbly and cheap by comparison. My favorite linear switch is a slightly-stiffer-than-stock MX red. Blues are fun on occasion for the click factor, but I won't need that anymore as soon as I get my Elipse F77.

Here's the thing: for some, you have to give it time. The first day or few I actually didn't like my Realforce much. I typed on it and thought, "That's it?" Mind you, this was when $200 was a lot to spend on a keyboard to me, so I had the highest of hypes in my mind. After a couple of weeks, however, and constantly swapping between different keyboards during then, nothing could or can pry me from my Realforce. I now keep mine at work where I do the most typing in the day.
