My big motto is "Don't judge a car until you have actually driven it yourself."  Too many people make judgements before they actually have driven a particular vehicle.  To give you an idea, here is one that is backreeling...

Check out this video at 8:22.  Just goes to show what you say is a reflection on yourself.

And...
It really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about your car.  After all, it's your car.

so follow your own advice.

some of us like straight line cars, some of us like going in canyons. different strokes for different folks. that's why we have choices.

I did!  And I expressed how I felt.  Am I right?  Depends on your point of view.

personally i love all cars. they all have their place on the road.

what i dislike is the cult followings behind them. the loyalty. these car companies don't pay me a dime, im not gonna defend them like they are. that's their problem.

i didn't mean to come off as an *******, im sorry.

Hell, I love a McLaren P1 just as much as I love a '66 Mustang fast back and just as much as I love a kitted up WRX. Every car is unique in its own way that makes them cool.

Interesting given my own car history demik!

... anyway, the cars I have had in the past were all special in their own way.  That includes my Pontiac Firebird and even the Nissan 240SX-SE.

Are you going to get one?  Is it beyond your reach?  Or maybe you can find something similar and make it so?

Edit: Maybe you can get something like this!!

Those look like so much fun to drive off road. Ever since I saw Top Gear's bit on it, I've wanted to try one.

I saw one driving a while back near where I live, and it was really confusing, because I thought it would be something that you would get if you need to off-road a lot, and there's none of that near where I live. Still a super cool car.

Yea, guess people who can afford the car don't really think about that much. I live near a college campus, and I have been seeing few ferrari's and Mclaren's, I think the closest track is 1 hour away and I dunno if they allow you to bring your own car. Lol

Yeah, I suppose you're not going to get a new car.  I'm supposing you want something as a daily with quite a bit of sportiness?  I saw a black 3000GT that was sooooooooooooo clean this morning!  Very nice car.  I remember wanting one when they first came out too.

They're actually too cool.

Laguna Seca blue makes the M4 look so dope

I never thought a Volvo could look so cool. At first I was like "damn what is that"

Then I noticed the Volvo logo. I'm confused as to whether or not I like this  :))

TIL I dig volvos

I think Pole star is their equal of AMG/racing. The color is their signature, and they do have pole star version of v60/xc60 model. Ofc looks more normal.

Also, FWIW, expensive air ride will last you a lot longer than 1000 miles.

People who say bags = ***s just can't afford air ride.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Air suspension is nothing new.  Did that with hijackers on my '75 Fury.  Used a common air compressor with a tire valve to adjust height.  The balloon type is just that.  It's a balloon.  The ride of these systems is very stiff and unforgiving.  If looks are more important than comfort when you drive, then by all means, go that route.

I just grew up.
