A few I really like are:

^They're all humor ones. Well, Zefrank has some other really good stuff as well, I won't spoil it :) I also love Vsauce, but it's been said already.

So this thread is interesting to me since I waste way too much time on youtube. But wasting so much time on youtube means that there are a lot of youtubers to list. I won't do links.
Also, this is just a fraction. I will update this list the more I remember.

**** this one too
GameGrumps (Jontron (now gone from the show), Egofaptor, Ross O'Donovan/RubberNinja, Danny Sexbag, main member of Ninja Sex Party)
Ninja Sex Party (Hilarious music)
Jontron (Video game and movie reviews. Pretty funny, previously on GameGrumps)
Egoraptor (Do you even internet?)
DigitalRevTV (Entertaining photography videos. Kind of like top gear)
Taofladermaus (GUNS)
Mattv2099 (****ING HILARIOUS GUN STUFF)
FPSRUSSIA (GUNS)
Quirkology (Mind ****ed deluxe)
Vsauce 1-3
Photonicinduction
RoosterTeeth (Now is mostly Geoff Ramsay's result of scamming the company into letting him play games for a living)
Cinemassacre (AVGN)
Yahtzee (Look him up)
Jim Sterling (Still hasn't done an episode in Spanish)
i just remembered what i put here in my nightmares
Spoiler Warning Show (Clever comedy gaming videos)
ZeFrank (I feel human)
Rocketjump (AKA Freddiew)
CorridorDigital (Freddiew's friends)
NerdCubed (Funny English gamer)
Emma Blackery (Funny English girl vlogger)
TheSw1tcher (Two best friends. And some other friends, but they're not on the machinima show)
nope this one too
GoldenTot (Silly gaming)
Rob Dyke (Mainly "Why Would You Put That On The Internet", where he makes fun of ridiculous twitter, facebook posts, Craigslist ads or other things)
Cinemasins (Everything wrong with movies. Nitpicking included. Not 100% serious, calm your tits.)
EVERYTHINGISTERRIBLE (Old, terrible videos from 90's and 80's)
Djy1991 (ICTON main videos)
WergBurg (ICTON Faffing about videos. Djy1991's more personal account)
LaytonTaylorJunior (Not famous at all, but produces high quality, funny and slightly dark comedy-ish rant videos. Been gone for a long time, but he just updated his youtube)
TheAuzzieGamer (Second gaming channel I watched)
Yogscast/Bluexephos
MrCreepyPasta (**** yourself)
theLittlefears (**** yourself again)
Ross Scott (I don't remember his channel name, but Freeman's Mind is pure comedy gold in-character commentary in HL1:S. Ross' Game Dungeon is also a very good criticism show)
HelixSnake
SeaNanners (And most of the youtubers associated with him)
TheSyndicateProject (Mixed feelings)
ADoseofBuckley (Cynical, very serious, no bull**** rant videos.)
Ashens (Basically Not-Yahtzee-Yahtzee reviewing poundland junk)
Eddsworld (Cartoons. RIP Edd Gould)
TomSka (Skits)
Carsandwater (Drops a red hot nickel ball on things, ****ing good)
AWE Me (MAN AT ARMS MOTHER****ER)
Criken (Gaming video stuff)
Chkmie (what the ****... I like it)
ExtraCreditz (Very good videos talking about game stuff)
Aplfisher (good gamer)
STAR_ (Good gamer again)
Ampisound (Freerunning made not stupid)
BigThink (Smart people talking. I mean big time smart people)
BINKBeats (Everything recorded live at the spot by one man. He's good)
penguinz0/cr1tikal (Just watch)
meh
MarbleHornets (Even though Slenderman isn't real good luck not freaking the **** out)
Brick Stone (Is Brick Stone)
Dan Bull (Video game based raps)
n o p e
Brusspup (Mind **** again)
CGP Grey (IT'S GOOD WATCH IT)
Cyriak (Holy ****)
DasBoSchitt (Don't know what to say. Gmod videos, game reviews, tutorials, mixed bag, basically.)
David Firth (Do you have any rusty spoons?)
DEElekgolo (Making fun of ****)
David Lewandowski (Going to the store)
DefendTheHouse (Game mythbusters)
DemolitionRanch (GUNS)
DruoxTheShredder (Gaming stuff)
The creatures (Not one channel but look them up)

I can't link stuff because YouTube is blocked at work, but I will update with links when I get home (potentially).

As mentioned by other people, BroTeam and FPSRussia are both brilliant in their own ways. FPS went away for a while because one of his film team/friends died (I think?) but he's back with avengeance and using a load of awesome guns. All those you use in video games, he will get and fire for your amusement more or less.

BroTeam provide TL;DR videos of popular games, and they are funny as ****.

My other favourite I haven't seen mentioned yet is Criken2. He just gets a load of mates and screws around on games, and his videos are funny as ****. He's at college right now so hasn't actually posted that much, but he does shorts now and again. Even his long "Fun house" videos are great. I laugh at every one without fail.

Jay Leno's Garage is another one, where you basically seethe with jealousy at all the incredible cars he get's to talk about. Not just your regular exotic cars, but some you might not have realised ever existed, and some videos I just spend the entire time with my mouth open at how incredible these things look and sound when he eventually gets to drive them.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Thanks for pointing em out, some I didn't knew yet!
Some of my BF related favs...

PonyLion: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAj5HDHYZv0p-aeGr1FxV2Q
Doom49: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMuAor3dRed_IyrkKGzQ69Q
XFactor: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXN76fKLJUFeMK12fAN5Gug
LvlCap: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClMXf2oP5UiW_V4dwHxY0Mg

Threatty is a beast, he's been with Battlefield for such a long time, like myself. Amazing player, and also amazing editing skills. Full Metal 3 is legendary.

SgtEnigma is the best though. Used to play BFBC2 with him back in the day. Easily the best sniper in the community, he's insane. Just check out his Aggressive Recon series from Battlefield 3, it's insane.

PonyLion is great, but I really, really dislike LvlCap. Just a selfish players, he mainly just ****s assault and just plays for himself, never supporting his team. And I just can't stand his voice  :))

Three off the top of my head are:
videogamedunkey
teamavolition
alantutorial

Last one might sound odd, but I think there's definitely a story to all the videos he uploads. Quite brilliant, really.

I actually spend most of my time listening to music on YouTube, but those are some channels that I enjoy that upload "actual" videos.

I'm probably twice as old as he is but I just love Shmee150's supercars channel:

https://www.youtube.com/user/Shmee150

and now I badly want a McLaren mp4-12c (or a 650s)    ^  ^

VICE - the video side of the magazine. Make superb documentaries that go to out-there places and meet unusual people, such as their recent trip to North Korea with a US basketball team and happening to meet Kim Jong‑un, to more low-key features.

GophersVids - Gamer and mod author who primarily focuses on Fallout and Skyrim, making daily let's plays and in-depth mod reviews (the latter of which are a running feature on the modding site, Nexus). His calm disposition, attractive English accent and immersive roleplaying have made him some well-deserved fans.

My favorite channels, without mentioning too many overly popular ones are:

PBS Idea Channel
Computerphile
Gopher
Tek Syndicate
Infidel Amsterdam
The Needle Drop

Unsubscribe to Tek Syndicate right now.  The dude is incompetent.  He's mocked on OCN for good reason and he tried to invade the sub I mod on Reddit, but, fortunately, enough of the user base was smart enough to point out his many idiotic claims...like telling people to lap an HDT style heatsink.

/r/buildapc.  Stupid stuff like his incompetent i5 vs FX-8350 review, telling people to lap HDT style heatsinks and that a cheap, crappy single rad tower heatsink beat the H100, there's his whole audio equipment marketing passing as reviews (and wrong in those as well), and so on.  I just ignore him because there are always major flaws in whatever he does.

I primarily watch the tek talk for news updates etc. But i have noticed some major flaws in their reviews, like when they tested if you could hear the differences between a FLAC and an MP3 file and the track they chose was one of his own 8-bit tracks, just downright silly.

I unsubscribed from him a long time ago for that very reason. I still check their videos from time to time, and the only knowledgeable and useful one on that show is the fat guy who's face you can't see from behind the monitor. Logan and his girlfriend Pistol are useless. Their keyboard reviews made me cringe.

I can't believe people actually send them money to make those videos, either. All they do is sit around and play video games 90% of the time, I'm absolutely certain of that. It's not like they do anything truly useful other than rant about this and that, and provide the latest tech news, which would take anyone with the IQ of an armchair around 10 seconds to find through Google.

Anyway, here's another cool channel, Food Wishes - https://www.youtube.com/user/foodwishes/videos

Just watched his MP3 vs FLAC video... needless to say its the most inaccurate video I've ever seen. Do not show this video to the audiophile community lol

Essentially they build boards out of odd objects and do skate them. They pull off some impressive tricks on some weird ****. If you ever wanted to see someone drop in on an iPad, or grind a 100% metal(wheels too) board, or skate the living **** outta a PS3 with amazing results - check this channel out!

Their You Build It and Skate Everything series are addictive.

Off my head

Samy Kamkar - Great hacker (in the true sense), makes videos about both hardware and software exploits and often open sources them. Taking over flying drones, wireless keyboards, ringing doorbells remotely, all kinds of stuff. Not a super frequent video maker but always worth it when he does post.

Super Bunnyhop - About the only video game analysis/journalistic videos I care for.

Big Saru - Wonderful Metal Gear Solid player. Known originally for his amusing MGS3 videos and deep knowledge of the AI he more recently makes entertaining MGSV runs.

Here are my personal favourites:

Lazy Game Reviews - https://www.youtube.com/user/phreakindee

This is primarily 90's PC games. It's incredibly well produced, he does great indepth documentaries and his thrifting videos are also great fun.

Kim Justice - https://www.youtube.com/user/elmyrdehory

Again, very good indepth documentaries. She just finished almost 3 and a half hours on Peter Moleneux. Lots of other classic UK computer docs and a bit of Japanese console stuff. The writing is a cut above almost any other youtube gaming channel and the level of research involved must be staggering.

Generation 16 - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9D5F481536776B3A
If you like the Mega Drive/Genesis you'll love this series. He's documenting every single game on the system sequentially and dredging up loads of new information on every title. It's my particular type of nerd heaven.

Tech Moan - https://www.youtube.com/user/Techmoan
This ones largely old and/or interesting technology and not gaming. Production values are incredible. He showcases lots of bizarre music technology and formats. Can't praise this guy enough.

I would also recommend Tom Scott - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBa659QWEk1AI4Tg--mrJ2A
He speaks about various weird things: places, occurrences, language quirks, etc. He is also on Computerphile sometimes.

RetroAhoy is great.

I deleted most of my YT subs lately cos I was watching 20 hours a week of it. The ones I've hung onto are..

Ones I've hung onto are Kim Justice who does really good longform video game documentaries.

Lazy Game Reviews you probably already know. Lots of 90's PC stuff.

Techmoan does a lot of old Hifi stuff. It's a touch dry but he's got a sense of humour about it.

Summoning Salt does really good speedrunning documentaries.

GManLives mostly covers old FPS games. Find his recommendations when it comes to new titles very on point.

RedLetterMedia. Review movies. Production quality and the humour are very on point.
