[HELP] Romeo 40% standoffs too big

I got a romeo 40% from mechboards.co.uk but the standoffs are too big and wont fit in the holes their meant to, is there some special way im meant to put them in?

They aren't supposed to go trough holes. The stand off sit against the hole and the screw is going trough the hole into the stand off.
