I designed a keycap set that was something I really wanted to exist and I just wanted to see if people would actually buy it. It is essentially a combo between GMK Evil Dolch and GMK 8008 (you probably got that from the name) and it probably will get hate cuz I sorta copied popular sets. I apologize and if you do not like it, feel free to yell at me in the comments. Thank you.

No comment on the set idea you have, but there are a lot of 'essential' things that you need to do to run a keycap set - you may find helpful resources in the discord.

Cause its a set that's name and look is the combo of two other sets, if it was color, sure fine, but its in the name and inspo

if you had the self-awareness and knowledge of our expectations to mention in your post that, "you will probably get hate", then why not work on the idea more before posting? I mean what feedback are you expecting? No one is going to tell you that they would want to buy this because this isn't even a complete idea. You didn't design anything and there is nothing to comment on about it other than that you need to finish your "idea" and put in actual work. Which... again, judging by your post, you probably knew that lol.

seeing most of the answer on this post makes me really lose hope in humanity, ffs peoples this is not a group buy yet, it is someone playing with an idea and sharing it, so what if it is rough, OP may not have hours and hundreds to sink into a doomed projects, so he checks for interest before hand, and with that kind of reception i would not blame him for never trying to get into this community again...

IC nowadays are expected to be finished and announcing a group buy, they never were meant to work that way.

I agree that people are being aggressive but if someone isn't willing to put effort into the IC I can't trust it
