Iced out on a budget Seriously though I grabbed this set of NK x Tai-Hao cubic Bow on a whim just to try cubic out & they're not bad at all. While Tai-Hao still has some work to do to get these up to snuff, for the price they are actually very nice. If they get new molds for matching numpad legends, fix up some of worst the legend inconsistencies (caps, 1.75u shift for example), & get the 7u spacebars right I'd love to see some more enthusiast orientated sets from them in this profile! Hope they keep working at it & don't let it sit where they got it. Good quality, mid priced, high compatibility keycap sets are something that don't really exist & these could easily fill that role.

Is the caps lock's switch relocated?

I just finished a new color scheme for my keyboard by combining two different keycap sets from tai hao. I'm very happy with how it came out (sry for shadows and poor pic quality, I'm not a photographer). If any are curious this is the epomaker gk68xs with its stock split spacebar keycaps, and tai-hao modifiers from their cubic chocolate factory set and alphas from their cubic miami set.

This is my first complete custom build, a 4x4 macropad with a Bm16a pcb, Kailh cyberpunk switches and a wood mahogany case I designed and had machined to match. In this specific pic I decided to go a bit nuts, I used some lighter fluid to get the flame effect, I hung the board from some wire and let the party begin! After many attempts I finally got the pic with a flame pattern I was happy with.

Below is a short unlisted YouTube video of how this picture became to be! (Not sure if that’s the way to do it but I figure it probably will load faster, feel free to correct me though since I’m brand new and just figuring the site out

)

Finally after a while (or 6 years) I have my IBM Beamspring 3276 up and running, with a new wooden palm wrist, since the case and the plastic door was broken. Also new paint for the case, and grinded these seperators on the left and right side, since they were also broken. One key is missing, maybe a 3D printed cap sometimes!

The colors being a bit off is due to them being the Akko Neon set, picked these up for $40 used as a test run before I dumped the money on the GMK set (I'll be buying the GMK now). I was worried the color would be too much/clash, but it imo looks perfect. I've been loving this NK65 Entry (Watermelon) alot so far.
