can anyone identify this chair?

Can anyone identify the chair in this craigslist ad? I'm thinking of buying it, hoping to find info or reviews.  It seems very distinctive looking (as opposed to a generic staples chair). It has adjustable-everything. Supposedly original price was around $250.

Its the "klappe" chair from ikea, originally $299 or so.
