I tried but he keeps ignoring my e-mails/pms. Looking at their recent Reddit posts, it seems others seem to have the same issue with their customer support..

I've found that when you start a paypal dispute, they magically become rather attentive.

Not in my case. I hit them with a chargeback from my credit card even. No response.

just saw zF_IndianaJones' post in the Chinese page of zFrontier 2 days ago, seems like ScrambledEggzf last login was July 2018. I just joined a group buy via their intl website and I'm worried about what's happening with zFrontier :( :( :(
