Conical Aluminum Feet Missing Rubber Pads

I'm missing the rubber pads on the conical aluminum legs that come on a good many cases. I'd rather not pay $10 for what is essentially 2 tiny rubber pieces. Especially if it's a common occurrence to lose those. Any ideas of where these may be had?
