The sofa is directly across the room from the desk so it works out great. The TV is a 65" IPS panel so it's viewable even when sitting right at the desk.

Bifrost 4490 and Gen1 Lyr w/ Amperex Orange Globes. I use the Lyr mostly as a preamp for the speakers and the Violectric V200 for headphones.

Amazing setup!  The Mira is gonna bring it up a notch!

Have you been introduced to the Haworth Fern?

The Fern does look very nice, but it still looks a little too much like a "traditional" office chair and since my desk setup is in my living room, I can't pry myself away from the tall director's chair I'm currently using... definitely form over function right now, but it just works aesthetically with the rest of my room decor.

I have the Very Desk. I love it, though I wish I got the head rest too for when I'm feeling lazy.

I'd love to switch up chairs to something like a Hayworth, but the price is killing me at over $1200+ for a chair that doesn't currently vibe with my home office. Admittedly, my current office chair sucks for posture, especially when I can be in the chair for 8-10hrs (as I work from home as a freelance graphic designer), but it fits my needs perfectly right now and I'm knowingly choosing it for its looks.

Eventually, I will be updating my desk with just higher quality versions of the pieces I'm using now. But I know I will have to pick up a second chair at some point since I'm building a second setup to compliment my other desk in the same room. One desk is for all design work and the other is being built up into a more rugged "builder's desk" for work tools, soldering, and anything else I need to build. I lucked out with living in a space where I can accommodate 2 8ft desks

FWIW, my chair only cost me 700 euro new 3 years ago. It's pretty configurable and you can get it in many different colors and finishes. I set in a chair for over 8 hours a day as well. If I'm sitting in a crappy chair for a longer period, my neck and shoulders start hurting pretty fast. It's worth the investment.

Super clean! I've been asking everyone this, but what's your take on the schiit stack. Look like a standard magni + modi stack, which I have considered time and time again. Are those passive studio monitors?

I upgraded from an Audioengine D1 to the Modi 2u and Vali 2 and I like it. Those are actually powered, and I might be getting rid of them so I can add a second monitor.

I'm not the best person to ask, but they give a "warm" sound. You can find more here https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/schiit-audio-vali-2.21237/reviews :)

thank you

I do - the U3417W is an amazing monitor. I don't really feel immersed with the triple setup like I do the UW. I think if I could do it all over again I'd keep the 27" Predator for gaming then do 2x U3818DW side by side for work. Oh the power of hindsight  :))

A nice clean setup.

I tried using a smaller desk in the hope that it would encourage me to be more tidy.

Didn't work :))

Looks great.

Any chance for that upper wallpaper? Looks like some nice cyberpunk.

?

Thanks. Looks like the bottom is an actual photo while the top is artificial. Cool background.

Just a quick peak at my setup.
I'll get some better pics up in time when I've got something better to show.
For now thats my Mech KB collection. Or the beginnings of it.
No curtains as we're just starting to decorate and move the living room around.
Just a few months back none of this was here. Its taken me a while to get to this point.
But there's more to come this year...
