I was hesitant on the film with the first trailer, but after the second one and with all the good reviews it's getting, I'm really pumped for this film...

I've been waiting for this movie since the test footage leaked several years ago. I'm glad to hear initial reviews are good.

It's out on the 12th, critics and sometimes the general public can get limited early screenings.

I thought about going as well, but my GF is getting her wisdom teeth pulled on Thursday. Not sure laughing in a theater would be good for the stitches.

Was not excited until I saw the trailers a couple of weeks ago. Having read just a couple of trade paperbacks, I'm so excited! No way my wife will come see it with me, and my closest friends aren't free on the days I'm free, so I may see it alone in theaters or wait 'til it comes out at Redbox (DVD rental).

I work across the street from the bridge that they used for filming, so you may see me looking out the window when he drives onto the bridge.

I was watching them film it for several days while at work.

No I didn't. From my perspective, I couldn't see anything too exciting, mainly just a car being followed by a van with a huge boom and a camera on the end.

Yep. It was just the right amount of campy for me. Couldn't have been casted any better, either. I just genuinely had a great valentine's night out with the wyfe; she was skeptical about the movie, but I think she laughed more than I did.

I also thought the movie was awesome. My wife hates Ryan Reynolds, and said that he redeemed himself afterwards. Loved the "deadpool" action figure as well as all the other references.

They cut out a LOT of stuff that they deemed too over the top for the actual movie. So I'm guessing there will be a director's cut at some point. And a lot of stuff in the trailers didn't get into the movie. Like when Weasel tells Pool, "you look like the inside of an ***hole" Hahaha.

Definitely different from the usual Marvel superhero stuff but I enjoyed it very much. Wifey did fall asleep during the first half of the movie though.

Personally, it was definitely a lot of fun -- and this is coming from someone that hasn't enjoyed anything not made by Marvel Studios. I can honestly say this was the first time I saw anything outside Marvel Studios, where I had high expectations, and they were all met.

Yeah, I was a little uneasy about that initially, but after sleeping it off, I can honestly say I was 100% happy with it.
