Christmas and New Year might affect these estimates, I'll make sure to provide frequent updates on how this schedule goes along.

Entered! BTW, if these aren't really necessary with gateron switches is there a specific switch type they are particularly useful for? I bought em just to have some on hand, but I would've assumed everyone was buying em for wobbly gats.
I believe they're generally used for Cherry switch tops. When you open the switches to modify them, the tops get loose and these are meant to take up the space so they don't rattle or wobble. Gateron and clear tops are more brittle, so they don't bend and become loose. They only fix wobble in stopping the switch top from wobbling.

Luckily, on the 2 occasions I bought stuff from Kin (which he already had in stock), it only took 4 and 6 days to reach the post office in Bucharest, Romania.
So, hopefully, it will not be such a long waiting game this time :P

I have ordered 200 cardboard boxes (255mm x 190mm x 20mm) for shipping and will be preparing those now, so adding addresses and value declaration for those outside EU. Once the films have arrived and been sorted into the boxes, I will purchase the postage and slap that on.

What's the biggest difference they make in cherry switches? Do they change wobble and sound?
Shouldn't change sound, but they fix housing wobble. Some cherry switches have imperceptible wobble as it is, but when you open them up, you inevitably stretch out the housings and introduce a little wobble, which these should fix.

done sorting most orders. top right stack is German orders (17) that went out today, I'll be emailing tracking shortly. top left stack is rest of EU orders (21), I'll be purchasing postage online now and put them on the boxes tonight and drop those off tomorrow. bottom is all USA orders (61) which I will put customs declarations on tomorrow and then drop them off the day after I hope. after that there are 25 orders remaining that are the rest of the world (non EU and non USA)

I finished sending out all 125 orders now. Monday was German orders, Tuesday all other EU countries, Wednesday was USA and today (Friday) was rest of the world. I haven't sent out any tracking numbers by email yet because I was lazy and prioritized sending out the stuff, but I still intend to do that tonight or so. If you received your films already then just ignore that mail. Have fun everyone!
Also please don't PM me for extras. I do have a couple from each color as backups for if someone's order get lost or so, but should I put them up for sale I'll announce it here. Although I'll most likely be selling them to friends on Slack or so (read: preferential treatment). I'll have to figure out for myself now if I want to run another GB, if I chose to do so I will announce it here. For the time being this thread will stay open until all units are received by participants.

I installed them in some lubed vintage blacks. It took me about 3 hours to lube/spring swap/film 80 switches, so I ended up with no time to actually do the build the switches were for... :))

No plans to use them soon. I'm thinking about waiting for some R10 Zealios to get in on that GB and get in on the TriboSys 3204 Krytox Grade 0 equivalent GB before using these.
I'm also not 100% sure if I want to use Box Navy's in the CA66 or the S65-X, while the other one would use Zealios 78g's.

- On Kailh "normal" and speed switches, the top housing won't close properly by just a tiny bit.
- They certainly do not work with any click bar switch or any box switch.
