I'm using a Pok3r 3 with lubed Gateron browns.  The weight is just what I'm looking for. The lube takes out most of the pings and they are quite smooth. I like them more than the Cherry browns.  I like this profile more than the 75% on the Leopold and can program the bottom right Ctrl-Shift cluster to be arrows, but I do prefer I,J,K,L.  That 2" or so of width makes a difference in the ergonomics.  It's absolutely imperative the the FN key is able to be moved to the CapsLock position.

The keycaps are also outstanding, so there is no need to replace them.  I am itching to buy a new board, but I really have no need to.  I can take that cash instead and start putting together my new rig, as I'm still running a 5 year old 2500K.  However, at 5 GHz I don't have a lot of need to upgrade.  I do want a M2 NVMe drive and this generation does not support it.
KPB V60 Gateron Browns and Leopold Keycaps.  Poker 3 with Gateron Browns and Poker keycaps.  Poker 3 with Cherry MX Browns, ABS keycaps and white LED's.

Leopold FC660M- my new favorite, right out of the box.

Gateway AnyKey.  The one I am typing on has recently been moved to the internet computer from the one where I have worked all day most days for most of the last ten years.  I bought it used so who knows how much mileage it had before that.  It's still crisp.  I started on AnyKey 25 years ago and couldn't give it up for inferior products.

With four spares stored, I'm hoping to stay with AnyKey.

I also have a pristine used copy that unfortunately doesn't work.  I would like to find someone who can repair it.

I'd like to be able to put the FN where my capslock is as well, or hell, a big-ass tab would even be nice. I have a 4790k and am currently pleased with regular sata ssds even though I think I could rig an NVME drive in here through PCI-E; I would mainly want one for browsing all my art files so they load fast as I do get a bit tired of waiting for all the thumbs to load (even on sata sdds). It's nothing major to gripe about though.

I can't be bothered to get another board for home use as I have been using a Varmillo v87mn with MX Browns for 2.5 years now and there's nothing else I want in it except programmable keys, but that's it (big-ass tab notwithstanding). And I love that sweet, sweet PBT as well; nothing beats it (no offense, GMK lovers).

HHKB Hapster using his HHKB :D
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

HHKB Pro 2, just lubed with Krytox 105 for the sliders and superlube grease for the stabs, and installed some silencing rings, plus swapped a few mod keys that I will hold to BKE Redux ultra-light domes, and space bar to a heavy dome.
Surprisingly all good impression so far.

Right now I'm using my MagicForce 68 with Outemu Browns and TaiHao Cubic keycaps.
This is quite a budget board at $60 total spent on it, and it's the best value for a board I have.
These keycaps are doubleshot ABS and are translucent on the first plastic injection. Some people might not like how they look, but honestly I don't care. They're beautiful to me.
Cubic profile is perfect to me. I like the sharp angles on it as compared to TaiHao's OEM profile caps, and the overall quality is impressive for the price I payed for it.
The Outemu Browns are one of the most tactile switches I've used, mainly because I don't use tactile often at all.
My next plan for the keyboard is modding it to have white LED backlighting.

My beloved black and red theme pushed to the limit on this HHKB! You are Rich AF... I believe!
Mine is also with lubed sliders and silence-X rings, can confirm no feelings of reduced travel at all, and with light domes on some mods, and with a Hasu BT controller.
Your Reaper and Cosmonaut may each cost at least the same as this whole keyboard... while I do not totally agree with the one on the 0 key as it is not exactly black and red like all others. The ETF Fugu is a more expensive one, but there can be some with only black and red colors I believe.

I want to have such MitchCapped mods too. How does the MitchCapped mods feel? Can I just order from him?

Thanks, need to just get a good cable and battery for the hasu bluetooth for it to be finished.
I don’t know if MC does private commissions but did say on his instagram he would be having a very small custom mod raffled on 1/21 for hhkb, fc660c and mx gamer/spacebars so I’d watch that!
Also the Murray might not be red & black but it is very bloody and precious as my only Murray win so far :)
Mitchcaps are thick and great to type on, they’re the best!

Home Desktop:  Unicomp Classic 104 Key (not smaller ultra-classic)

Work:  Some garbage Logitech wireless junk.  K520?

On Order:
- Ducky One (black case, white LED) Cherry MX Green switches.   For home.  I want to try a more modern mechanical board.
- Ducky One (black case, white LED) Cherry MX Clear Tactile switches with o-rings.  For work.  It needs to be quiet.

In Storage:
- IBM Model M, Beige  (got water damage years ago, was never able to fix it, but couldn't bring myself to throw it out)

- IBM Model M13 Trackpoint II (black):  I ordered the last black keycaps Unicomp sold, and don't want to wear them out like I did the previous ones

I'd still be using that M13 if they hadn't been stupid with the keys.  They are neither double-shot nor dye sublimated, but rather pad printed.   The print gets finger grease on it and wears out in a matter of a couple of years if you type a lot like I do.  Since it is in great shape and relatively rare, I decided to stick the new keycaps on it, clean it up, and put it in storage and use something else.

IBM Beamspring > IBM Model F > IBM Model M > All Cherry MX, Alps and Topre > Rubber Dome & Scissor Switches.

I am typing this on a GMMK with Kailh Box Navy Switches. I'm using the keycaps that come with the GMMK but I would like to get a set with a better font. At work I am using the Hexgears X-1 (white case) with Kailh Choc White switches. While I am not too into RGB I have to say that the colors look much better on a white case.

- MillMax sockets for hot swap switches
* For most of the switches used the cheaper ED90584-ND
* For the low clearance switches above the controller used the more expensive ED1039-ND (only required 8 of these)
*4 switches on each PCB are soldered normal so that the PCB wont fall off

- Currently with Kailh Copper Speed Switches
