Hey there! I am not sure that I received the correct wrist wrest. I got the orange ergo ones, but we never talked about ergo and even on the invoice it says that I had the size M, split in the middle. Maybe I received someone else's order?

Please keep it there, when we made your order we made two versions of it, and we end up shipping you the wrong one

hey there, thanks for asking. We're working on Round 9 of these wrist rest. Due to the large impact of COVID -19 outbreak , the logistic for round 8 was rough, packages takes months to arrive.
So for round 9 we change the way we run gb a bit, we'll take more time to create them in advance and once we have them ready then we'll host the group buy. It's more like artisans way

Also for your second question, we used to accepting requests but it has to go in between the production run. Also we could re-run past round after for more than one year as an official round or a custom request. Just contact us on what you want and we'll see.
