Bent/Bowing PCB

I've been eagerly awaiting a specific PCB for a custom build. I found it shoved into my mailbox because the USPS driver did not want to walk to the door apparently. Upon opening up the shipped packaging,I noticed there was a bare minimum amount of padding in the box and the PCB packaging had slight creases. The PCB itself is bowing slightly or bending away from the desk at the corners when placing the board in the key up orientation.

I'm thinking about returning the PCB and was curious what others think or would do.

If you're planning in using a plate installation might be slightly more challenging, but it will be perfectly flat.

If it's for a plateless build I guess it could depend on how the PCB is supported in the case, but trying to flatten it with some heavy books wouldn't hurt.

PCBs can be warped because the different materials in the PCB had expanded and shrunk differently when subjected to different temperatures during manufacture.
I dunno if there are PCB manufacturers that are better or worse at this, or if PCB manufacturers offer different grades of service with less or more likelihood of it happening.
A PCB designer could prevent some amount of warping by crosshatching the ground plane in-between traces.

If you could place the PCB on a flat desk and press it down flat with not too much force, then you should be able to mount it to a plate with no issue.
