Good news,

I was able to speak with Samwisekoi about a half hour ago and he updated me that the SMD presoldered kits were broken up into 5 separate shipments which will be going out soon to the proxies. Due to the heavy weight of the plates, extra effort was made in insuring that their packaging was appropriate.

There has been a challenge in shipping the DIY kits to the proxies due to the quantity of small static sensitive SMD components. Static bags and other packaging materials have been ordered and this effort is nearing completion. It sounds like these will be shipped separately.

We're nearing the final stretch everyone, hopefully more to come soon!

Greetings all! I am not dead. I was swept away, and for that I extend my sincere apologies.

Jeez. What was I thinking? Let's dox four people I like today. DELETED.

The big hold-up was getting industrial-strength, double-walled nesting boxes to handle the weight of the plates safely. Wildcard's reminder call came just after I had found some at an industrial box supply. (Thank you sir!)

Anyhow, these are all good to go, and will now fall onto the next layer of proxies.

(I am also going to try to get the Euro boxes to for BunnyLake shipped today or Monday.)

I've managed to ship one order so far but it was easy just one PCB

For those interested I'm planning on getting more orders packaged up throughout the week and will try and contact those with packages ready to go around Thursday and will try and get things moving Saturday as that's the only day I can personally take things to the post office. This could change but is my current game plan.

I just texted mashby asking how he's doing and if he received his shipment from samwisekoi. No shipment received, and work has been kicking his ass. I won't speak for him as far as his expected timeline for GH60 things, but he is alive and well, if incredibly swamped.

Honestly no idea what I'm doing with mine when it comes... Gotta find someone to borrow a bunch of kit from to get the solder job done, find/make a case for it, etc. My original plan was to try to pull and reuse some mx Browns off a dead g80 I have laying around but not sure if that will work or if I can use those caps or if I'm going to have to sink more time and money into this.

3 years later not sure I have the time or desire to get it done... Maybe when it arrives I will figure it out.

Trying to do this on the cheap while getting the job done.

Yes it made it here with out any damage. I'd guess as long as you wrap up the pcbs and plates the way you did you should be fine.

Whoever your proxy is will have to invoice you for shipping costs before they ship so that will be your opportunity to make sure shipping information is correct.

There is a list of who each proxy has in the last few pages I'm on my phone or I'd try and find it.

Hey! I'm here.

Sorry for being AFK, but 2016 is one of the most difficult years I've had in a long time. Everything is "fine", just seems to be one thing after another, the flood in Louisiana being the latest. Both parents lost their homes and vehicles and it's been a bit crazy to say the least. Didn't mean to spend so much time away, I've just had to focus on real life.

I'm still on standby for receiving my portion of the proxy. Just got word from Samwisekoi that the address he used was incorrect -- I don't know why yet -- and they were returned to him. I've given him my addresses and I'll pay for the re-shipping to get things back on track.

Once I have the boards in hand, I will get back to the list and confirm everyone again. With everything else on my plate, I figured this could wait until I had the items ready to ship and then just do it in one big batch.

Thanks for everyone's continued patience.
