Lubing Topre Board

I bought a Novatouch a while back but the sliders are a bit more scratchy than my other Novatouch. What’s the best way to go about lubing them? I’ve seen a bunch of different recommendations but I just want to see if there is a definitive best way to lubing Topre switches
