For the Dolch group buy in Korea, they managed to get WoB full set produced together with Dolch, even though WoB set does not meet MOQ. I wonder if something similar can be worked out for this group buy so that we could have inverse alpha or mod without worrying about MOQ.
Interesting set, so what differs this from Red Alert?same color scheme, but Cherry legends instead of Wyse, Cherry profile instead of DCS (though the differences are minimal), and thick GMK ABS plastic vs thin SP plastic

I want to say that I'm only in if this uses icon legends, since I think they're a lot cleaner :)i like the old school text mods myself, but ultimately it isn't a big deal. a few people may pull out if they don't get their preferred mods, but i think the majority care more about the color scheme than anything else

It sounds like the majority so far are happy with the 60th anniversary layout with WoR mods and whatever extra keys ivan's dolch kit had. I'll email GMK for pricing on both red alert and it's inversion (RoW mods and WoR alphas) monday. I'll have them price including both color ~ and \| keys as well. I think I'll just run the two options instead of trying to muddle with offering separate mod packs.I would be cautious about offering two full sets, fragmenting the buyers like that will be a killer for MOQ.

They might be willing to run flipped colors and wave the MOQ on the 2nd run though. Since it's the same layout and same colors just opposite you might be able to get them to do it as long as one version meets the usual MOQ.

GMK does have 1.5 key for each rows, that would be fitting to have proper sculpted set on an EDOX... I offered it once in interest check and got an entire 7 people that wanted to buy it so it's possible but perhaps not feasible if there aren't enough people that want it to get 250MOQ.Matt3o managed OK with Granite. Yeah, but granite was hugely popular. GMK is notorious for being much more expensive than SP, which might turn some people off of buying an ergodox kit from GMK. Plus, I don't think that there are 250 people who would actually want an ergodox kit for this set anyway. It's not usually the #1 selling part of a set.
It might not hurt to offer it, of course. You never know.

Klaxon is tj's spin on Red Alert. The SP groupbuy had slight differences in legend/key choices from the Red Alert sets (as well as the addition of the RoG colorway), which would (presumably) be carried over to GMK here.
But yeah, this hasn't gone anywhere in awhile. :(
