Title: Which Alps compatible cap has the smoothest corners and edges?
Post by: Tye on Thu, 01 December 2016, 16:53:07
I use a Planck and the bottom corner keys are used to switch to my navigation layer. I have them turned upside down to lessen the edge and use the palm of my hand to push them. Unfortunately, they are still very sharp and are really starting to hurt where my palm hits the edges.

With Alps switches being so rare, is there anything out there that a smoother edge?

Matias caps are fairly rounded at the edges.
These seem to be identical (except legends) to the the stock Apls caps KBParadise uses.
I haven't compared to DSA tho.

DSAs are made for ALPS

Thanks for the input. I'm currently using the Matias -- still a little sharper than I'd prefer. The DSAs are pricey but I'm going to give them a try. If I find anything interesting, I'll report back.
