Ideas swim around in the pond of the internet, and sometimes we get swept by the wave of burnouts as we fish for inspiration.

We're all creative, one way or another. Everything is an art form-- visuals, code, even keyboards. This design came forth from me wanting to remind myself to keep going, when I feel like there's nothing more to create.

What's decided:
900mm x 400mm x 5mm.
Stitched edges, colourmatched to Pantone TCX.
Maximum of 6 colourways.

"Not another deskmat IC!"
This IC aims to collect data mainly for the following:
Deskmat thiccness of choice: 4mm or 5mm. 5mm it is.
Regions of interest. - IC responses so far have been fruitful, but will still wait for more responses until the week leading up to GB. Vendor list changed!
Other colourways. Sixth and final colourway added! Black and White / Monochrome was a top choice from IC responses.

New Colourway Added!

BASIN, the black and white colourway that voids the saturation and pumps the curves. I chose to keep most of the reds intact to keep a punchy accent in the design, which in turn reminded me of Frank Miller's Sin City, and you can deduce the name from there.

This was based on IC feedback, which really just fought between mint and variations of black colour combos.

I'll order one. Looks very artistic. The only thing I don't like is the green-pink snake. It doesn't compliment the colors compared to the white snake

Designs have been updated, mainly to avoid any problems regarding the console on the right. Prototypes are now being ordered; next update will be with prototype photos and hopefully more renders with boards.
