The way they went about getting that figure is a bit shady, they posed as an person wanting to by ad space and offered him a large figure. And since he accepted they are saying he sold all is ad space for that price... I doubt the claim of 32 million but we shall probably never actually know.

What he should've done is attempted to up his clientele..

You don't see money launderers for the Super-Rich and Powerful ever getting caught or getting into trouble they can't get out of....
