Im still trying to figure out my overall build what would be a good set of caps to go with this?

Looks good with Triumph Adler, Olivetti, Classic. There are some mockups linked in the OP.

Vortex pbt in cherry profile is regularly available on massdrop. I ordered these blue modifiers too, now I'm waiting for the massdrop :-)

Actually Rommel was rumoured to be part of the plot to kill Hitler, as well as refusing to actively kill Jewish soldiers and civilians. He was also a tactical genius, so while I can't say he was a stand up guy, he is definitely worth a bit of respect.
