NeatLOL this.
can I add the case for an add-on? ;D
Actually, would you ever consider doing another run of the 910?
Just got into this hobby and would love to pick up a 910 PC version.
Thank you!

The OP does not produce the cases. Only TGR Keyboards does.

Is there support for blocker led as I prefer a frosted insert than the brass. Call me a Razer fanboi

PCB will not have support for blocker LED unfortunately
Haven't even thought about a blocker LED, since the plan was to keep the PCB as clean as possible.I like to change my LED with the keysets I use so RGB preferred.
Would you guys be more interested in a RGB LED or in a solid color one?

Other than that underglow might also be worth considering for people who have the difuser/acrylic case.
Here for Exent, my understanding is these PCB's might fit...? Hoping someone might be able to confirm

From what I understand, the original Exent and 910 PCBs are interchangeable. (My 910 currently has a black Exent PCB.)
Not sure whether these will be.
If the PCB has underglow LEDs I'm defintiely in. Without it I'm a bit on the fence; it'll probably come down to the price.

UGH. I was going to write that but got sucked into a conversation irl and forgot.
So was talking to ai03 yesterday and he mentioned USB height for 1.2mm PCBs. Since the USB cutout on the 910 is designed for 1.6mm PCB, using a 1.2mm PCB will not work as the USB connector will sit .4mm higher than needed.
In short, these will be done in 1.6mm.

From another standpoint, a DYI burger mount could lower the connector to the correct level.
interested! Maybe I’ll design a case around this c:
+ 1 for brass plate. All my 910s have brass plate. Good ole brass as plate material is always the OG classic.
In for a few pcbs as well. Thanks. Was more than excited when he sent me the link to your IC. Will watch this very closely.
shut up u fat hoe :))
Sure sure, you will watch it
dumb question - whats the point of the slits cut in the pcb? I see that on the Polaris too
IIRC the TGR-910 PCB is called TGR-Unicorn v1.2 (with a C) and is 1.6mm, the standard thickness, so otanishock probably meant anything thicker than 1.6mm would have issues. You are absolutely right. Sorry I was mistaken. Thanks for pointing out.
Apologies if I missed this but will the USB port be updated to USB-C?
Is there a timeline for this? Just wondering when a GB would open.
Is there a timeline for this? Just wondering when a GB would open.
Targeting late next week. Need to do some CAD work on the plate. Looks like most people want a universal plate.
Will also be doing either a brass option on top of Polycarb and maybe FR4.
GB should be open for two weeks or so and production will take about two months at most. Cutting anodizing out of the process saves a ton of time.

YES! Crossing my fingers on the brass.
After looking at the new IC Form - does anyone know if the original 910 plate was considered uncoated or coated brass?
^-^
I am interested!+1, iso version would be great.
Edit: Oh ansi only? No chance of an iso version?
Does anyone know if the pcb will be compatible with the kyuu?
Thank you!
Actually is this compatible with the EXENT?
I understand the originals were identical between the two boards, but this seems to be missing the key on the top right and has a gap on the bottom row on the right. (Based on the renders on page 1).
Is it possible to support both boards? The EXENT community is badly in need of replacement PCBs.
]
If it has any value, the original 910 PCB has a slot of a switch in the blocker but it's not used.
If this could work as an Exent replacement as well, it would be an instant buy for me.
Are there details as to why it might (not) work?
I recently got a 910 RE which came with an original 910 plate and a Exent PCB. I had no issues building it.If this could work as an Exent replacement as well, it would be an instant buy for me.

At the moment, this has no compat for the key under the 910 blocker. Extent has a key there.
If you guys can confirm that the 910 PCB is the same (save for the corner blocker) I can ask the designer to add compat for it which is just another switch under where the 910 blocker is.

If you want to make it Exent-compatible, my instinct is that you have to rework the bottom row too. Right now you have blank space for the half u blocker to the left of the arrow cluster which Exent does not have.

Going to be finalizing plate files and checking things over this week.Hype. Can't wait for a poly plate and extra PCB.
GB most likely next week or the week after.

Going to proto before running the GB. Got the files today and sending them to JLC tonight. Should get them soonish to confirm everything works
Will you provide half plate as well? From the responses I've gathered from both the forms, I'll most likely be doing a poly full plate and a coated full brass plate.
Is it just me, or is that left shift stab on the PCB north facing? Should be south no?
Nice catch. I was just putting it together and realized at the last moment that something wasn't quite right. Good thing that was caught. Back into fusion the plate goes.Ne updates or did Fusion crash?Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/9vAefdn.jpg)

Just got a 910 so really looking forward to buying a couple pcbs or more :thumb: Hope you'll fix the stab on the PCB as well, not just plate
It all depends on the plate of course. Just saying that if left shift remains north facing in the PCB, it won't work with original plates which are all south facing.Just got a 910 so really looking forward to buying a couple pcbs or more :thumb: Hope you'll fix the stab on the PCB as well, not just plate
Stab issue was just an issue with the plate. The PCB is fine.
PCB is getting requoted since it's been ages. GB should be ready very soon.

Starting the GB this weekend or on Monday of next week. Gonna run for 3 or 4 weeks. Need to work out the exact numbers but PCBs will be 45ish. Plates will be offered in the universal layout; similar to the stock 910 plates, but without split space compat and without iso compat. Will have PC, black anodized aluminum, and coated brass plates available.
$51 to ship a PCB and plate to the UK? That's far too much. I've shipped 2kg keyboards from across the world for cheaper than that.

Thank you for this, just placed an order for a PCB and plate!Show Image(https://i.imgur.com/GrrWOJs.png)
Updated shipping for international customers. Manually calculated and played around with prices so they're a little lower now. Also added USPS first class.
@reconsiderit - Are you shipping these out from CA, or is it being shipped directly from the factory to us?
Any update on these?

Hi. Do u have any extra USB type C PCBs? If so, where can I get them? Thanks! These are mini only. No type C as it doesn't fit on the 910.
