That orange key looks very bright - here's hoping the IC becomes a GB!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

In the end.. the keyboard's most grand form of existence is as an ethereal bridge between man and machine..    Each depression of the keys, evanescent.. Our transitory thoughts crashing into the web, carving canyons through the internet wasteland such that life may once again flourish..

I dropped my DSLR and lens about 2 months ago, and got everything back this week. First only the focus ring of the lens was repaired, and i thought everything is good. But it was not, the camera had a serious back focus, which was now repaired. All in all it was about €450 :( I made some fast test pictures, and this is one of it; my SSK with CC Checkeys.

Damnn, that's a beautiful board.  So much good blue.  I really love the look of those keycaps.

Great looking SSK and photo, madhias!  Ahh DSLRs sound so expensive.  I am still avoiding them, haha.

Lovely pic as always, Vesper.  I love those colors on the other end.

I'm already in the superjellyiwantanSSKsobad-mode and NOW THIS?!?! OIJG:AOIJG:EOIJEG. It's not "pretty cool"... It's ABSOLUTELY FREAKING AMAZING... I'm so damn jealous of that keyboard... I need to work on getting a SSK sometime... Super beautiful, bro... seriously.

I both love and hate this thread. So many really really nice pictures of cool boards, yet everyone reminds me how incomplete my life is without a proper camera... :(
