I received my Calm Depths and they're great. I'm very happy!

I also do not have mine. I contacted Kono support for a tracking number last week and while they have responded that they are looking into it they still cannot give me the information.

I'm trying to work your situation out with kono but they haven't replied to my latest messages. I have one set with me and they have one set there because it was returned to sender. However, they still aren't working out who ships what where, which is a major inconvenience. I'm sorry you both don't have your sets yet- I'm trying to get them to you.

The set is clearly on the way to me as seen in the screenshot... I paid EUR 120 as everyone else who bought via CandyKeys

Correct, it shipped with a 2u shift that does not appear in the render rather than a second 2.25u shift.

i told them this wasn't acceptable

they said they would start redoing them after CNY
